Package Your Items
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all security tags, jewelry boxes, and certificates of authenticity are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
