How long will it take for my order to ship?
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces and custom jewelry typically require 4-6 weeks for production before being dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Please note that all custom-designed pieces and resized rings are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via insured FedEx Priority. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred upon arrival.
Can I have a ring resized?
Most of our rings can be resized for a nominal fee. However, certain eternity bands and intricate settings cannot be modified. Please contact our team before purchasing if you have sizing concerns.
Are your gemstones and diamonds ethically sourced?
Sustainability and ethics are core to our brand. We use recycled gold and work exclusively with trusted suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure all stones are conflict-free.

Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke jewelry. You can book an in-person appointment at our Brooklyn studio or a virtual consultation to begin the custom design process.
