Details: The Bistrot collection, is inspired by French restaurants, terraces and cafés. Thanks to its short, serrated blade, the tomato knife is the ideal accessory for cutting tomatoes without crushing them or for cutting bread baguettes. Assembled by hand in France.
Ingredients & Materials: Stainless steel with a nylon handle. Shiny finish.
Measurements: This item measures ~9" long and 0.25" deep.
Care & Use: Dishwasher safe at 113°F (45°C) maximum. When washing by hand, do not use abrasive sponges. For cutlery with light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. Not suitable for the microwave. Suitable for food contact.
